Bonus points are collected in the WARDOW Club through purchases and other activities. Points earned from purchases are reserved for 30 days after the order is received and are activated afterwards. In the event of returns or cancellations, the bonus points balance will be adjusted. Unredeemed bonus points are valid for 12 months.
Active bonus points can be redeemed as a discount at checkout or exchanged for fixed-value vouchers.
Please note:
- 100 bonus points equal a 2.50 EUR (2.25 GBP) discount.
- The discount is applied proportionally to the items in the shopping cart and does not exceed the respective product value.
- Bonus points cannot be paid out.
- The number of bonus points per item is shown on the product page.
- Bonus points cannot be added to or redeemed for an order retroactively.

Will I be notified about the expiration of bonus points?
You can activate a notification in your customer account that will inform you before your bonus points expire.
