Why was my package returned to sender?

The following reasons may cause a return:

• There was an incorrect or incomplete address.
• The delivery was unsuccessful because no one was available to receive it.
• The package was refused upon delivery.
• The delivery location (e.g., Packstation) was full or malfunctioning.

After receiving the return, the purchase price will be refunded. No re-shipment will take place.
