The invoice is automatically generated as soon as your order is completed.
You can receive your invoice in the following ways:
- The invoice is physically included in the package with your order.
- You can view your invoice in your customer account under the order overview.
- If you need an invoice or no longer have it, you can contact our customer service. Customer service can send you the invoice via email.
The invoice can only be viewed in the customer account. Downloading the invoice is currently not possible there.
Can my invoice be changed retroactively?
A retroactive change to the invoice is not possible.
Therefore, please ensure that your billing information is entered correctly during the ordering process (e.g., company name or billing address).
No changes can be made to the invoice after the order is completed.
Customer service also cannot make changes to invoices that have already been issued.
Will my invoice be adjusted after a return?
No, you will receive a confirmation of your return with an overview of all returned items.
