Log in to your account (United Kingdom account) using your email address.
We use a secure passwordless login system, meaning you don’t need to create or remember a password. Instead, you will receive a one-time 6-digit verification code via email each time you log in. During your first login, a personal customer account is automatically created for you.
The code is used exclusively for logging into your account, can only be used once and is valid for exactly 15 minutes. If the code expires, you can request a new one at any time by restarting the login process.
If the code is not accepted, please check that it has been entered correctly and does not contain any typos or extra spaces (e.g. when copying and pasting). Even small errors can make the code invalid.
If you have not received a code, simply restart the login process to request a new one and always use the most recently sent code.
